OpalCrown Return & Refund Policy

Returns

At OpalCrown, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care products (such as beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before requesting a return.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the desired replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.

To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
